This application is filed for bringing on record the subsequent fact of filing of a charge-sheet. Learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that in the connected Criminal Application No. 161 of 2019, a similar application filed to bring on record such fact of filing of a charge-sheet is allowed by this Court by its

order dated 28th June, 2019. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as allowed. Amendment be carried out within two weeks. Copies of amended application be served to respondents.

Stand over three weeks. To be heard along with Criminal application [APL] No. 161 of 2019.
