DATE : JULY 26, 2016 We have perused the order dated 22.01.2014 impugned before the learned Single Judge. Perusal of the same would reveal that Members of the Grievance Committee have, in fact, complied with the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.375/2012 and upheld the order of the Industrial Court. The Grievance Committee has directed the learned counsel for the management to take steps for implementing the order passed by the learned Industrial Court. In that view of the matter, we do not find that any action as proposed needs to be taken against the members of the Grievance Committee.

In view of above, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the Members of the Grievance Committee stand discharged.
