Heard Shri S.R. Chakraborti, Advocate holding for Shri R.M. Patwardhan, Advocate for the respondent. He has submitted that the applicant/accused has deposited amount of Rs.40,349/- on 25.07.2016 in the trial Court. The complainant/respondent received the said amount.
Learned Advocate Shri Chakraborti submitted that matter is compounded between the parties. In view of submission, application is allowed.
Mrs. M.N. Hiwase, learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that matter is settled between the parties. In view of the compromise between the parties, revision is disposed of in terms of Application No.34 as compounded between in the parties.
The applicant/accused is hereby acquitted for the offence punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
