03/03/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal. There is delay of 177 days. It is submitted that some delay was caused in obtaining record from the earlier counsel and therefore, due to COVID-19 Pandemic, he could not file the Second Appeal.

The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for respondents. However, considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application, the application is allowed.

The delay is extended from 15/03/2020 till further order, by order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition No.03/2020. As such, the application is allowed.

The delay in filing Second Appeal is hereby condoned.
