DATED : 27-06-2018 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 3156/2018 registered at Police Station Gaddigodam, Nagpur and transferred to the Police Station Katol under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

The applicant has placed on record a receipt evidencing that he has already paid the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- claimed to be the loss caused to the MSEDCL.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 3156/2018 registered at Police Station Gaddidodam, Nagpur and transferred to Police Station Katol under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, the applicant shall be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with one

The State is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail, if it is noticed that the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- is not paid.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses. JUDGE adgokar
