DATED : 10 -1-202 The order dated 3-1-2022 reads thus :

"Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Parijat Pande states that he is returning the brief to the petitioner today and that the petitioner shall engage new counsel immediately.

The statement is accepted.

Since the ex-parte interim relief is continuing since 19-7-2016, stand over to 10-1-2022 as a last chance." 2.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand).

If any application for restoration is made, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay costs is duly complied with. The costs, if paid, shall be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
