The appellant is seeking Stay to execution and operation of judgment and order dated 9.3.2017 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha in LAC NO.76/2010.

The appellant was directed to deposit entire amount of compensation.

Accordingly, learned counsel Mrs.I.P.Khisti for the appellant submits that she has deposited the entire amount of compensation. She further submits that in view of conditional order passed by this Court granting Stay on depositing the compensation amount be confirmed.

There shall be Stay to execution and operation of judgment and order dated 9.3.2017 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha in LAC NO.76/2010, till disposal of the appeal.

The record and proceedings are received.

The appellant to file private paper book within a period of eight weeks from today.

The civil application stands disposed of.
