The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the Contempt Petition is not being pressed against Respondent No. 1.

Accordingly, on 27.04.2016, we have already directed deletion of Respondent No. 1. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

In view of this, CAN No.56 of 2016 is rendered infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
