This is an application filed by respondent Nos.2 to 7 for early hearing. It is submitted that a very small point is involved in the appeal pertaining to 90% deduction towards the development charges and hence appeal can be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for expediting hearing of the appeal. Even otherwise, the appeal is of the year 2010 and pending since last seven years. Therefore, the application is allowed. Hearing of the appeal is expedited.
