DATE : 08.08.2017 Petitioner no.1 is no more. Hence, his name is allowed to be deleted. Petitioner no.2 is his brother. Both petitioners are seeking a direction to Nagpur Improvement Trust to execute a lease-deed in his favour.
After hearing the respective Counsel, we find that petitioner along with other legal representatives can make appropriate representation to respondent - Trust and respondent - Trust thereafter can take suitable decision upon it. Accordingly, we direct the legal representatives and petitioner no.2 to make suitable representation within two weeks from today. If that is so made, respondent - Trust shall take suitable decision upon it in next four weeks. With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition.
