This is an application for conversion of the appeal into the Revision.

The appeal is filed by the applicant to challenge the order of grant of maintenance under Section 125, Criminal Procedure Code. In fact, the Revision lies. The appeal is wrongly filed. However, both the appeal and revision lie before this Court. In that view of the matter, permission is granted to the applicant to convert the Criminal Appeal [APPA 131 of 2015] into the Criminal

Revision.

Criminal Application No. 721 of 2015 is allowed and disposed of.
