This is an application seeking stay on the execution of the order dated 15.11.2021 of the ESI Court setting aside the order of functional integrality of different Units including the Respondent herein and directing the refund of an amount of Rs.1,19,504/- with interest to the Respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent on instructions states that he will not withdraw the said amount till the final disposal of this appeal.
