CORAM: ROHIT B. DEO, J.

DATE: 23 rd JULY, 2018.

This is the third application for regular bail. 2] The earlier two applications are withdrawn.

3] The submission is that since the trial is unduly delayed, the applicant's third application may be considered. This court is not inclined to agree. 4] The offences are serious. The affidavit of the State reveals that the charge is framed on 19.05.2018 and the evidence has commenced on 02.06.2018. The learned counsel for the applicant Shri Ved Deshpande states that on 02.06.2018 the witnesses were not examined. Be that as it may, the anxiety of the applicant that the trial should be expedited is justified. The learned Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within nine months. If the trial is not
