Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent.

The only relief sought by the petitioner is for expeditious adjudication of her tribe-claim. It is submitted that the report of the Vigilance Cell has been obtained and the Scrutiny Committee is required to hear the petitioner and take a decision on the petitioner's tribe-claim. Considering the aforesaid and as the petitioner desires to pursue higher education, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 25/07/2022. The Scrutiny Committee shall within a period of one month from that date take a decision on the petitioner's tribe-claim.

With these directions, the writ petition is allowed and disposed of with no order as to costs.
