By this application, a modification is sought in the order dated 26-4-2016. By said order, the appellant was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- by the end of June every year as a condition for grant of stay. In the application, it is stated that due to agricultural operations that are required to be undertaken, it is not convenient for the appellant to deposit this amount by the end of June every year. Instead, the appellant be permitted to deposit said amount by the end of January every year.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent. However, considering the reasons mentioned in para 3 of the application, the same is allowed.

2 2760cas590.17 Order dated 26-4-2016 is modified to the extent that the appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- on or before 31st January of each year. The deposit for current year shall also be made by the end of 31st January, 2018.
