2] This is an application filed under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and decree dated 25/03/2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Case No. 87/NGP/NGP/2018. 3] Ms. Athalye, learned counsel for the applicant/ appellant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit 75% of the decreetal amount. 4] Given the aforesaid submission, there shall be an ad-interim stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated
