This Court is not inclined to cause indulgence, as the order has been passed in the interest of the Public Trust.

It is the contention of Mr. Mahalle that the petitioner is the sole surviving trustee of the Trust and is presently managing the affairs of the Trust. So as to discharge his duties in terms of the Scheme/provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, he would claim that the amount which is directed to be kept in a fixed deposit in a bank account should be made available to him. 4.

If such claim is made by the petitioner before the Competent Authority, the said Authority shall decide the same in accordance with law. This Court is not inclined to interfere, as the impugned order has been passed in the interest of the Public Trust.
