Heard.

This Court was not inclined, at this stage, to consider the application on merits. The seized clothes and the sword allegedly used as a weapon of offence are send for chemical analysis to the Forensic Science Laboratory, Amravati. The said laboratory is directed to submit the report of the chemical analysis within sixty days. The applicant is at liberty to apply afresh for bail, after the receipt of the said chemical analysis report. The application is disposed of accordingly.
