2.

The similar issue has been decided in Writ Petition No.3575/2023.

3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader does not dispute that pursuant to the undertaking dated 13/08/2018 (page 65), the petitioner has acquired the vocational teacher training qualification, which is reflected from the result sheet (Page 122 Sr. No.3), considering which, the petition is disposed of by directing the Joint Director of Vocational Education and Training, Amravati to consider the qualification acquired by the petitioner and if the same satisfies the requirement, to grant approval from the date of his initial appointment. However, the salary would be

For all the purposes, except the payment of salary as indicated above, the services of the petitioner would be counted from the date of initial appointment. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO.142/2023 In view of the order in Writ petition No.3943/2023, the contempt does not survive. The proceedings therefore are dropped.
