The only evidence, if it is to be called so, is that the land-lord of the co-accused, Rahul Take, saw Rahul Take, this applicant and one woman in the night of 08/8/2015 as going along riding on the motorcycle. Apart from this statement, there is no circumstance, at this stage, prima facie connecting the applicant with the crime registered against her. The applicant is in jail since last about thirteen months. I am, therefore, inclined to grant this application.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicant shall regularly attend the Court proceedings, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses, in any manner.
