These two applications are for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration and application for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for non-removal of office objections.

(2) Heard Shri R.D. Wakode, learned counsel for the applicants and also perused the application. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed. The delay of 53 days in filing the applicaiton for restoration is hereby condoned.
