ORDER

(Passed on 13th July, 2019) 1] Both parties have filed joint pursis which is marked as 'X' for identification. 2] The parties with their Counsel state that they have settled the claim and the terms of compromise have been placed in writing which is marked as "X 1" for identification.

3] Parties have settled the claims in full and final settlement for Rs.6,00,000/- with accrued interest i.e. total amount of Rs.7,43,138/- excluding TDS and inclusive of no fault liability.

4] The claim amount shall be paid within a period of 90 days from the date of passing of this order. Failure to deposit the amount shall carry interest @ 9 % p.a. 5] Claimant(s) shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court alongwith accrued interest. 6] Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules. 7] There is no reason to refuse this compromise.
