This is an application preferred under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of pre-arrest protection granted to the non-applicant vide order dated 24.01.2020 rendered by the Sessions Judge, Chandrapur in Criminal Application (ABA) 55/2020.

The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. S.K. Bhandarkar fairly states that similar application which was preferred seeking cancellation of pre-arrest protection granted to co-accused is already rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2021 in Criminal Application (APPLN) 49/2020 and that the case of the non-applicant is similarly situated.

In view of the fair submission of the learned counsel Mr. S.K. Bhandarkar, it would not be necessary to record elaborate reasons.
