DATED : OCTOBER 15, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent No.2 in this Court. It is informed that the matter was settled between rival parties before the National Lokadalat held on 14/07/2018 and appeal stood disposed of in terms of settlement, pursuant to which the amount was deposited by the respondent No.2 in this Court.

In view of above, this application is allowed The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent no.2 with accrued interest and office is directed to refund the Court fees paid by the appellant in this appeal.
