The learned counsel for the petitioners point out that innocuous prayer is made in this petition and this can be disposed of without issuing notice to the respondent and by directing the respondent/Chief Executive Officer, to decide the representation dated 21.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 made by the petitioners for granting mutual transfer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 at the earliest and in any case, within one month from the date of communication of this order.
