It is pointed out that the appeal itself stood disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties before the National Lok Adalat held on 08.09.2018.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent No.2 in this Court alongwith accrued interest thereon. The Court fee may be refunded to the appellants as per Rules.
