Civil application is allowed and disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.9168 OF 2015 Prayer is to restore the writ petition which was dismissed for nonpayment of process fees. Reasons leading to dismissal of the writ petition are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application. Hence the application is allowed. The petitioner to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. If aforesaid directions are complied, earlier order dated 31/10/2014 shall stand revoked and fresh notice be issued to the respondents, returnable on 21/09/2015.
