2] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 to 3 seeking modification in the order dated 20/08/2021 passed in C.A.F. No. 1582/2021 to the extent that the words "the bank" in the first line of para 3 of the said order should be substituted by the words "the Registry". 3] I have perused the contents in the application.

4] Considering the nature of prayer made in the application, the same is allowed. The order
