It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent no.3 that First Appeal No.840/2012 was disposed of vide order dated 21.08.2021. However, pursuant to administrative difficulties, the amount could not be deposited, as per the direction, within the stipulated period. Now cheque is available with the respondent no.3. In view thereof, the permission is granted to deposit the same with the registry within a period of two weeks. Registry is directed to accept the same.
