By this application, the respondent nos. 1 to 3, who are the original claimants have sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Insurance Company as per the impugned judgment and award passed by the Claims Tribunal, Gondia. 3.

Having considered and reasons stated in the application, the respondent nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- with proportionate interest accrued thereon. 4.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
