It is common ground between the parties that the claimant would be entitled to receive compensation as adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in State of Maharashtra & Another Versus Aniruddha Shriram Ganorkar & Others and Amravati University, Amravati [1993 Mh.L.J. 1575]. Considering the fact that the acquisition in the present matter is similar to the acquisition in the aforesaid matter, the following order is passed:- I.

The judgment of the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.33 of 1995 dated 12.10.2000 is partly modified.

II.

For land admeasuring 1 Hectare 22 R from Survey No.21/2A of village Wadali, the claimant is entitled to receive compensation alongwith Rs.1,39,500/- per Hectare with all statutory dues.

III.

After deducting the compensation already received, the balance compensation be paid to the claimants. Cross-Objection is allowed and disposed of. No costs. JUDGE APTE
