At least at this stage, this Court was not inclined to entertain the application.

Shri R.M. Daga, the learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw with liberty to move the learned Sessions Judge afresh, if there is no significant progress or development in the trial for six months.

This application is disposed of as withdrawn. If there is no significant progress or development in the trial for six months, the applicant shall be at liberty to move the learned Sessions Judge for bail which application shall be considered on its own merits.
