By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the direction in the order, dated 11/03/2015 in Writ Petition No.4678 of 2014. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that despite the direction to the respondents to re-decide the proposal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks, the respondents had not decided the proposal till the contempt petition was filed. Shri Khajanchi, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, states on instructions that the proposal of the petitioner has been decided and the approval is granted to his appointment. It is stated that the delay caused in deciding the proposal is not deliberate or intentional.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
