In writ petition of which cognizance is taken as PIL, original petitioner expired. His legal heir seek to leave to come on record and also pray for condoning delay of about 596 days in the process.

Cause of which cognizance is taken is about cylinder storage in residential area and consequential nuisance. The cause still continues. Hence, though learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3-a to 3-e and respondent no. 4 is strongly opposing the applications, we condone delay and permit legal heirs to come on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
