IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR.

WRIT PETITION NO. 446 OF 2005 (Anoopsingh s/o Mohansingh Parihar vs. Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa & Ors.) _____________________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders or directions Court's or Judge's orders.

and Registrar's Orders.

CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & P.N. DESHMUKH, JJ.

APRIL 28, 2016.

Heard Shri A.M. Parihar, the petitioner-inperson. Shri D.M. Kale, learned AGP assisted the Court on request.

According to the learned AGP, the challenge is rendered infructuous as the tenure of Members of Bar Council then elected has already expired.

According to Shri Parihar, though the grievance may not survive, the challenge can still be examined. As the grievance does not survive, we do not feel it proper to enter into an academic issue. We keep all contentions raised in the petition open for due evaluation as and when occasion therefor arises.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
