By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner has sought an action against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the directions in the order dated 6.1.2015.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that the respondent has decided the representation of the petitioner on 1.9.2015.

Though we find that there is some delay in deciding the representation, the delay is not intentional. Hence, we dispose of the Contempt Petition, with no order as to costs.
