The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier order of this Court dated 31/2/2014 passed on C.A.O. No.342/2012 has not been correctly construed.

In view of this statement, we find that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed for the present. Hence, we dispose of the petition as infructuous.
