Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Looking to the fact that the applicant resides at Pulgaon and the case is pending at Amravati and the prayer is made for transfer of the Marriage Petition from Amravati to Wardha, I think, it will not be at all just and proper to accept the request made by the applicant for transfer of the case, as Wardha and Amravati are equidistant from Pulgaon.

Hence, Misc. Civil Application (Tr.) No.765 of 2015 is dismissed.
