Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants issued notice to the appellants about withdrawal of their power and to collect the brief. The said notice was sent by RPAD. From the track report, it appears that the appellants have duly received the communication on 08/06/2023. As such, the learned Advocates appearing for the appellants are allowed to withdraw their power (Vakalatnama) on behalf of the appellants and they are discharged accordingly.
