DATED : 17 th July, 2019 Learned Advocate for the respondent No. 3 and learned A.G.P. submit that legality of the impugned orders can be examined by the Registrar (General) as per Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. To support the submission, reliance is placed on the judgment given by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5362 of 2017 on 28.08.2018 [Vishwanath Marotrao Ganjre -VsDivisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society,Amravati and Ors.].

In view of the fact that alternate statutory remedy is available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the
