This application is for early hearing of the writ petition. The writ petition was admitted on 27th March, 2012 and was posted for final hearing on 21st June, 2013. It, however, could not reach on that date and since then, has not appeared for hearing.

On these facts, the application for expedition is allowed. The petition shall come up on final hearing board commencing from 1st September, 2017.
