The applicant has sought for condonation of delay of 238 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 26.07.2018 passed by the Reference Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant was unable to file appeal within the stipulated period due to sickness and her poor financial condition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader objects on the ground that the applicant has not made out sufficient cause of condonation of delay. 5.

There is no reason to disbelieve the statement made in the application. Sufficient cause is made out hence, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removing office objection, if any. 6.
