The applicant has filed this application seeking direction to the appellant to file calculations as per the judgment, dated 21/12/2018.

The appellant has filed pursis on 07/07/2020 along with a calculation-sheet indicating that an amount of Rs.2,07,903/- is payable to respondent No.1 and an amount of Rs.7,026/- is to be refunded to the appellant. Said calculation-sheet is agreeable and acceptable to respondent No.1.

Hence, with consent, an amount of Rs.2,07,903/- with proportionate interest accrued thereon is ordered to be paid to respondent No.1 and an amount of Rs.7,026/- with proportionate interest accrued thereon is ordered to be refunded to the appellant. The amount payable to respondent No.1 be transferred to her bank account by R.T.G.S. on

fa.30.19 2/2 furnishing details of the bank account.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
