Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

A prayer made in these petitions is for direction to respondents to grant compensation to the petitioners, so also, to take steps to provide them employment.

According to the petitioners, they are Project Affected Persons and accordingly are entitled for the reliefs as stated above.

Be that as it may, the issue can very well be considered by the respondents. Accordingly, we direct that the petitions be treated as a representation of respective petitioners and same be decided by respondents, within twelve weeks from today. Belkhede, PS
