The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press prayer clause (b). Since limited relief has been asked for in this petition, we are of the view that it could be granted by issuing appropriate directions.

The petition is partly allowed. Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the proposal, dated 22nd September 2014, submitted by the petitoner-Society for grant of permission to open Secondary School in Urdu medium at village Sukli, Tahsil : Umarkhed, District : Yavatmal, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Rule made absolute accordingly. No costs.
