Heard Shri V.N. Patre, learned Counsel for petitioners, Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Addl.G.P. for respondent - State and Shri A.Y. Kapgate, learned Counsel for respondent Zilla Parishad.

Respondents state that petitions can be disposed of by adopting the course as per order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 4467/2018 and other connected matters.

Learned counsel for petitioners is not opposing the said request. He however, states that in case of petitioner in Writ Petition No. 3457/2018 (Shri Fate), the Chief Executive Officer has found substance, but, could not and did not cancel the impugned order because of pending Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for respondent Zilla Parishad, submits that he has no such instructions. 5.

We therefore, clarify that if the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Bhandara has any reason to withdraw/cancel the impugned order in Writ Petition No. 3457/2018, it is open for him to do so.

Subject to this, we adopt the course followed on 27.08.2018 in Writ Petition No.4467/2018 and other connected matters. Accordingly, petitioners can file appropriate representation /appeal with the Divisional Commissioner at Nagpur, within a period of 10 days from today. If such representation/ appeal is filed, the Divisional Commissioner shall attempt to take appropriate decision upon it within further period of four weeks.

With these directions, Writ Petitions are disposed of. No cost.
