DATED : 21-1-2015 Heard Shri P.N. Shende, the learned Advocate for the petitioner.
The petitioner has alleged willful disobedience of the order passed by the School Tribunal, by the respondents. The order passed by the School Tribunal was challenged before this Court in Writ Petition No. 6291 of 2013 in which interim order is refused by the order dated 20-6-2014. Shri P.N. Shende, the learned Advocate submits that the order passed by this Court on 20-6-2014 is challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition No.17411 of 2014 in which the order passed by the School Tribunal is stayed. In view of this, it would not be appropriate to entertain the contempt petition at this stage.
The contempt petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE pma
