The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms.
(i) The petitioner would supply the necessary documents and certificates to the respondent no. 1 for verification of his caste claim in proper form within a period of one month.
(ii) The respondent no. 1 would refer the said documents to the respondent no. 2 for verification of the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the receipt of the same.
(iii) The respondent no. 2 would decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of one year from the receipt of the same.
(iv) The respondent no. 1 will not act upon the impugned order of termination and would protect .....2/-

(v) If the petitioner fails to submit the necessary documents to the respondents, as aforesaid, within the stipulated time, the respondent no. 1 may consider taking appropriate action against the petitioner.
(vi) No costs.
