DATE : 24/08/2022 The present application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 8014/2022. The said appeal came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objection. The Registrar (Judicial) passed the conditional order on 23/06/2022 which would take effect after fourteen days. 2.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that due to oversight the matter could not be marked and therefore the matter was dismissed by the order of Registrar, (Judicial).

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 23/06/2022 is hereby set aside. 4.

Registry is directed to restore second appeal on its original stamp number.

The learned Counsel for the appellant to remove office objection/s within two weeks.
