Heard. Though the prayer for condoning delay is opposed by learned counsel for the non-applicant, considering reasons mentioned, the delay stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. M.C.A. ST. NO.12405/2018.

I have perused the application for review as well as order dated 19.03.2018.

In the light of the fact that notice demanding arrears of rent was issued at Exhibit 69 and same was duly served as per acknowledgment at Exhibit 70 coupled with the fact that the suit has been filed after a period of three months from service of that notice, no ground for invoking review jurisdiction has been made out. Application is therefore rejected.
